Introduction

Fukui Environmental Radiation Monitoring Council was established in 1969, to examine the safety of the environment and the technique of the environmental radiation and radioactivity monitoring.
This council is organized by Fukui Prefecture and nuclear facility operators working at the nuclear power plants in Fukui Prefecture. They produce the environment radiation monitoring program of the year and the investigation result report every quarter.
This report is come out to the public after submitted to Fukui Prefectural Nuclear Safety Technical Committee that governor serves as chairman.
